The Transportation Infrastructure Precast Innovation Center (TRANS-IPIC) is a Tier 1 University Transportation Center (UTC) working to develop solutions for the transportation infrastructure challenges by innovating precast concrete related technologies that are durable, resilient, safe, and economic.
