Biography
Isabelina Nahmens is a Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at LSU. She specializes in the areas of Quality Engineering and Management, Performance Measurements and Project Management. Dr. Nahmens has expertise on streamlining construction processes for homebuilders including the introduction of advanced production technologies into the US construction industry. Her research has extensively included the application of lean production techniques in offsite construction plants for factory-built homes and concrete panels.
